Please do not send items back without first contacting us. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund process works as follows:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase

9. Services Cancellation

For service-related cancellations (landscaping projects, interior styling consultations, etc.), different terms apply:

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled service date receive a full refund of any deposits
  • Cancellations made 7-14 days before the service date receive a 50% refund of deposits
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the service date are not eligible for refund
  • Custom orders that have already begun production are not eligible for cancellation

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel a scheduled service.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please take the following steps:

  • Check your bank or credit card account again, as processing times vary
  • Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take additional time for the refund to be posted
  • If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us

11. International Returns

For international orders, the return process may take longer due to shipping times and customs procedures. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with returning items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all international returns.
